Upcoming Meetings
The FAB currently meets with Ben Hatton (Chief Operating Officer) and Chris Hornbuckle (Vice President of Business Development & Fan Engagement), and the Villa Supporter Liaison Officer (the position is currently vacant), with Chris Heck, the President of Business Operations, scheduled to meet the group twice a season.
As with its previous Fan Consultation Group incarnation, meetings with other departments such as ticketing, marketing, security, estates, kit suppiler and Director of Football have been organised.
Here are the provisional remaining meeting dates for the 2024/25 season:
Informal: Thursday, 16th January TBC
Formal: Wednesday, 26th February
Informal: Wednesday, 26th March (ticketing)
Formal: Wednesday, 21st May (with Chris Heck)
The FAB will provide the agenda to Aston Villa at least five working days prior to the meeting. After the meeting, the FAB will add any relevant additional discussion points from the meeting to the agenda, for a jointly-agreed record of discussions, ratified by the FAB and the club. It is hoped that these will be made available within 7 working days of each meeting. The meeting notes will appear on this site, the club's site and any member's websites too.
Since 2024, during the season, the FAB has also began to host monthly virtual meetings without club attendance with a view of improving the level of fan representation in the main meetings. These also provide an opportunity to include other fan reps and specialists to feed into the group.
