Welcome to the Aston Villa Fan Advisory Board (FAB). The FAB exists to serve as a vital bridge between supporters and the club's leadership. Our mission is to ensure that the voices of Villa fans are heard at the highest levels of decision-making.
With that in mind, we've launched this site for 2025, as part of a refocus of the group to represent supporters more constructively. Through meaningful consultation and open dialogue with the Aston Villa hierarchy, we aim to represent the diverse perspectives of our fanbase and contribute to shaping a positive and inclusive future for our club.

Regular Meetings
The FAB holds five scheduled meetings with the club throughout the season, ensuring consistent dialogue on key issues. In addition, we conduct regular internal meetings to discuss and prioritise the latest concerns raised by Villa supporters, ensuring a proactive approach to fan representation.

For the 2024/25 season, the FAB is committed to putting fans’ voices at the center of our work. By regularly surveying supporters and staying attuned to the pressing issues affecting Villa fans, we aim to ensure that our agendas reflect the priorities and needs of the wider fanbase. Transparent Reporting
To keep all supporters informed, FAB members actively report back to their respective fan groups. Additionally, this website serves as a central hub for meeting notes, surveys, and updates, ensuring transparency and accessibility for the entire Aston Villa community.
